Limestone Ranch Now Called the Orchard

Occupancy Rates on the Rise

Austin Apartment occupancy rates are on the rise with the average rate over 90%.  The job market is pretty good right now.  Samsung, for example, just hired 200 new employees over the summer.  Even with high occupancy rates - some apartments are still offering move-in incentives.  1-2 months free in some apartments.  But with little to no construction in Austin - it will be interesting to see just how long these incentives go on.  http://www.statesman.com/business/apartment-market-occupancy-rents-are-up-828922.html
