Previously known Limestone Ranch apartments are now called the Orchard. With the name change - the property also received a face-lift. The renovations included new landscaping and fresh paint. Occupancy Rates on the Rise
Austin Apartment occupancy rates are on the rise with the average rate over 90%. The job market is pretty good right now. Samsung, for example, just hired 200 new employees over the summer. Even with high occupancy rates - some apartments are still offering move-in incentives. 1-2 months free in some apartments.
